Our wide range of workshops are primarily with partners in which our business play essential roles in consultation, programme development, delivery and in evaluations

Various research shows that a significant number of youths are in doubt in achieving their life's goals. Hence they aren’t motivated to achieve, as they don’t feel a sense of purpose. The consequences are evident in escalating dropout rates, greater unemployment and higher crime rates amongst this particular group. Very few young people find a path that enables them to achieve their goals, pursue careers so to become productive citizens. 

Frontline Focus research has established that providing the right environment for skills such as goal-setting, time management and self motivation are more likely to enable this particular group of people to get a job or start a business, and less likely to be welfare-dependent. 

Our educational strategy is in working with community based organisations to deliver a range of programmes that can help to enhance young people’s aspirations. Our overall goal is to provide direct, intelligent, personal development and enterprise training opportunities in an environment where young people can pursue their programs in the arts and technology whilst building a sustainable educational, career path or self-employed business opportunity.
