Frontline Focus
We give local communities the opportunity to so they are able to grow effectively and contribute to every sector of community needs. It is our endeavour to make our communities the best through our works with community businesses. Addressing key issues strategically with them will provide additional benefits to those that they serve as well the nation as a whole.
Frontline Focus plays critical role in organisational development, especially in minority communities that are primarily deprived and requires the support that community organisation provide, especially at critical times.
Community involvement is an important part of our strategy to increase minority communities in participation in mainstream services. Our analysis identified numerous essential issues toward black development as a whole, but more so that of African communities, especially barriers in areas in becoming key partners in the delivery of mainstream. UK institutions have maintained a long history both explicit and of structural racism that are embedded in policies, resulting in racial disparities.
Our aim is to challenge and help to combat these problems, help organisations to grow, and to close gaps in inequality and to create a more equal playing field for all communities, hence delivery of services are in line with the general ethnic makeup of the society we live in. Our strategy is not about black community based businesses delivering to the black communities, although this may be a good start, but all communities deliver to each other in a fair way, and where no community is at a disadvantage.
It is crucial to address critical issues, such as structural racism, as it harms everyone by denying particular groups the means to get ahead in the economy. When all citizens are allowed to participate in the economy, the benefits spill over throughout the whole nation.
